A confidential service providing positive support for Young Parents aged 16-25 across the Wrexham County Borough area.
What is Young Parents Tenancy Support?
We are funded by Wrexham County Borough Council to provide intense tenancy support to help Wrexham's young parents (aged 16-25) to secure or maintain appropriate safe accommodation in Wrexham.
As part of this support, we also offer workshops focusing on issues relevant to young parents i.e., life & parenting skills, debt & money management, healthy eating & lifestyles as well as one-to-one support and advice & guidance.
Our vision from 2009-2012
Young Parents Tenancy Support aims to improve the quality of life for individuals and families who live in Wrexham.
It seeks to enable young parents to take more responsibility for their homes and environment, and pride in their achievements.
The tenancy support worker is dedicated to assisting young people to reach their full potential and achieving their hopes and aspirations.
