What is Caia Tenancy Support?
A flexible and confidential support service to individuals and families living in Caia Park who may be experiencing difficulties which are affecting their tenancy.
How can this help me?
We seek to enable you to feel better equipped to deal with any issues affecting your tenancy.
Examples are:
Physical or mental ill health
Feel isolated and alone
Experiencing domestic violence
Are using alcohol or drugs
Establishing a first tenancy
Homeless or potentially homeless
Experiencing difficulty in maintaining your tenancy
Examples of how we can support you are:
Benefit checks and assistance to apply for benefits if needed
Manage rent arrears and other debts
Access training, education and free childcare
Settle into a new home
Manage housing problems such as neighbour disputes and condition of property
How do I get more information?
If you feel that you or somone you know may benefit from the service call into the office anytime during opening hours for a confidential chat. Opening hours are Monday - Thursday (8.30 am - 5.00 pm) and Friday (8.30 am - 4.30 pm). Alternatively you can ring Bethan or Helen directly on 07757280461 or 07944427068 respectively.
How does the service work?
A worker from the team will arrange to meet with you at home or at the Partnership. The worker will ask about any worries or problems you may have. The information you give us will help us to form an individual support plan.
