The Migrant Workers Information and Advocacy Service provides support for Migrant Workers living in Wrexham, many of whom are from Eastern Europe. A drop in service is run 3 days a week by our interpreter and caseworker Monika Evans (English, Polish, Slovak & Czech language).
The service works closely with other agencies such as the Police, Education and Health.
We also offer information and translation for migrant workers via email
Drop in hours:
Tuesday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Wednesday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
The Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB) also attend the drop once a week (usually Tuesdays 10.00 - 12.00) to provide a specialised advice service.
Due to this service being in such high demand, it is advisable that you make an appointment by phone beforehand
