Children in Need 2005

This year Caia Park Partnership’s Volunteer Bureau organised a pamper day to raise money for this year’s Children in Need Event.

They teamed up with Yale College Hair & Beauty Students, Rainbow Therapies, Strands Hair Salon & Caia Park Partnership Staff Chris Lane & Sharon Mason who treated staff and volunteer’s to various treatments for a small charge, the day was a huge success and enjoyed by everyone.

Two of the partnerships volunteer’s braved the cold to do a collection in fancy dress and staff member Kevin Hart agreed to have his legs waxed for sponsorship.

The event raised over £800 and was presented by Karen, Kevin & Sharon live on television to BBC Wales.
