Welsh volunteer of the year award

Caia Park Partnership has just had great success at this years’ welsh volunteer of the year awards held at Erddig.  Two volunteers and one community group from Caia Park won awards from Wales Council for Voluntary Action, there were 106 people nominated.

The awards were presented by the deputy mayor on behalf of Rt Hon Rhodri Morgan, the first minister for Wales.

Philip Skelly, Mo James and Pentre Gwyn,Tan-y-Coed & Coed-y-Bryn Association, were all awarded certificates in recognition for all their hard work as volunteers.
